Hi experts!
I am DBR,a PR holder from H&C ground, would like to know that I just got visa and Conformation of permanent residence (CoPR) for my spouse and 3 kids from Delhi. My plan is to bring my spouse and big 13 years daughter right now and two small 4 years dependant kids may be 2/4 years later because I am not financially good now/ low income.
If I do so, what might be the visa and CoPR for 2 kids? Should I inform Canada Embassy Delhi for cancellation and apply again after2/4years? Or is there informative steps as per my above plan?

Thanks.

Bring them all right now, and let them leave with mother if necessary.

If you're in low-income, you will get financial assistance for each child here when they come (apply for benefits right away when they come). It comes under "Canada Child Benefits" and you'd be able to enjoy reasonable life here. Do not send them back, they're better to be with both mom/dad. Schooling and healthcare is free here for PRs so why u wanna keep them in Delhi?

Your suggestion is precious. thank you .but if in case not coming with mum right now what might be the status for them later? Can Mum come without kids? Or later on by which process kids can come in Canada?

If it were me, I would bring all my kids and wife. Borrow money if you have to. You will be able to pay back in a short period. I would be scared of leaving them behind. You will find support when you arrive in your city. Like for instance in my city there is a place called Open Door Society. Ppl from all over the world helping each other.
