It's my understanding that the COPR is sent by registered mail, so you have to sign for it. Is that correct? It's also sent t0 the applicant's address and not the sponsors?

I'm kind of worried because I changed my address and I'm not sure if it has been changed in the system. We went 'in process' on Ecas shortly after changing the address and I'm worried that it might have been sent to the wrong place.

Is there any quick way to check what my address is online or by phone? I'm an outland applicant although I'm in canada right now.

Also, what happens if it is sent to the wrong place?

Actually, I didn't read the website closely enough. I thought that as an outland applicant, I couldn't use the call centre but as I'm being processed through Ottawa, I guess I can.

I called them and they confirmed that my address is changed. They didn't tell me if my copr had been sent yet or not so still a little worried.

What would happen if they sent it to an address I didn't live at any more?

"In Process" doesn't mean decision made (DM) so I wouldn't worry yet. It will update to say "DM" before they send it, and there is a time lag between getting the COPR and DM.

Yes it is sent to the applicant address.

A further question:

I might be going back to korea to finish up my contract. I don't have an address yet. Should I just leave it at my canadian address? Can my sponsor sign for it and then fedex it to me?
