Cook is no longer for cec

Is any one knows that the people working as a cook are they able to apply Cec

No - they can't. CIC has stopped accepting cooks for CEC.

if I have 6 month experience cook from Saskatoon can I apply sinp or should work 1yr then move alberta

NOC 6311 is also no longer eligible....

it means all food service managers and, assistant managers are no longer eligible right?

unfortunately yes you are correct.food service managers,assistant managers,supervisors are no longer eligible for CEC starting november 9th of this year.

i hope you can find plan B if cec was your plan A.
good luck and keep in mind when one door close another opens.
