Hi i wanted to bring my parents for convocation May 2026, both my parents are working in Dubai and are Indian citizens.
1. so how should i create a profile for them? is it the new ircc portal or gckey?
2. also should i create one account and have one of them as primary applicant and should add the next person as secondary?
