Convention refugee/protected person's prescription drug insurance issue

Hi Folks ,being a convention refugee , IFHP is withdrawn , so what is the regular system for a convention/protected person to get his prescription drugs insurance coverage ? Health card doesnt cover medicine cost , can any one show me the way ?
