Contradiction in letter and online status

Hello All,

I received a letter from CIC on 7th July to submit police certificate by 7th August.However,when I visited the document submitted section of my online application there is a new row by the name of Police certificate and there is this column of details which says replacement overdue.The column of required by gives 13 june as a date for this police certificate.Could anyone guide me about this contradiction between the letter and online application?

Could you call CIC? Honestly, you are a such situation right now with CIC request that you should not wait any guesses from forum but JUST CALL CIC.
