hi guys,

i have 9 months of direct skilled work exp with a telco firm( it was full temporary job) under noc 2282
now i am working in a 1yr contract job(started sept 2015) noc code 2281 ---- here is confusion --- the company (contractor who hired me is in USA)
but the Client which i work for is IN CANADA and i GET pay stubs from my contractor through ADP canada (after tax deduction)

SO IS REFRENCE LETTER FROM MY CONTRACTOR FROM USA saying that i work for their client in Canada who's name is xxx and address is xxx along with details that are included in CEC checlkist is enough ?/ i am also gona attach my pay check too.?

my profile is i have 3 years open work permit , after doing my Masters in CANADA

pleases advice

Re: CONTRACT WORK EXP confusion

Are you applying for a Permanent Residency ? If you have not applied, I would suggest to apply through a consultant / lawyer to avoid any confusion later.

Re: CONTRACT WORK EXP confusion

You will need two letters, one from your employer (company in the USA) and one from your client (Company in Canada).
