Contacting CIC with General Questions Before Applying

Hi,

Is there a phone number available for CIC where you can call to ask some general questions that are not available online before applying for citizenship?

I just have a few general questions that I'd like answered directly by the CIC before I send off an application. The only numbers I can find all relate to case processing.

you can use the same call centre number for general questions as well.
