Contacting CIC with "Administrative Updated info" -Only

Hey Everybody,

Just mailed in my Family Class Spousal Application to Missisauga, arriving Friday, however today, [Saturday], just got an updated Contact Number, from One of my Employers. Its a more direct line to my employer, great expediting the processing of my part of the Application. Would anyone have an Email address where matters of just an "administrative" update, could be forwarded to CIC, and updated in the application?

There is no point on sending anything atm. You don't even have a file number. Also I wouldn't recommend trying to update anything, the info is quite irrelevant. If CIC needs any update on the info provided they will contact you.

Seems quite a shame that CIC has NO system in place...for a Sponsor to be proactive and actually deliver information to them that would undoubtedly facilitate and assist them, in their job of processing applications. Oh well....

An even more Pertinent Question has asrisen:
For some bizarre reason...(which I am at a complete loss as to the reason)...I merely asked the above Question..on another site..whose Name starts with a "C"...and ends in "org"...and got BANNED!!?? Why on earth would they do this? No reason given...no nada. As a Junior Member on that Site, I simply haven't had the time...to become offensive or do anything wrong. Lol.
Am at a loss as to why?
Any Thoughts?

You can't expect to be proactive or organized...that would involve some thinking on their behalf!

As for the other question, I can't say for sure, but it has happened to some members here as well. The general consensus seems to be that they get banned when the admins ban the spammers. Seems the IP addresses are the same or similar, and as a result, they get caught in the mess.

Great expediting? CIC will not contact your employer, so this has zero effect on the processing of your app.

There is actually a process in place for updating CIC, it's called a case-specific enquiry https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx. However this update is completely unnecessary (as others have said) as CIC will not check anything to do with your employer, and it's far too early to send any enquiries as you don't have an AOR yet.
