Hi Guys

My wife's medicals expire at the end of the month. The application has been in process since end of August but we haven't received any remedical request. Should I email the visa office and tell them. I am concerned my app may get dragged out. This is for the New Delhi visa office.

I have been suggested to not submit additional documents or raise up questions on things CPC has not asked for. That may only cause further delays. They likely will not hassle you for it, since they recieved them before they expired.

Since her medical was done in Sept 2013 and you didn't actually file your application until Feb 2014 it is likely that NDVO will ask her to have another medical completed. They will send her the necessary information when/if they want or need it done again. It really is best left until they request the re-medical. Pointing it out to them that it is expiring is really pointless. They know this. It won't make them process her any faster either.
