Dear all,
I have applied for temporary resident visa at the Canadian consulate in NY about a month ago to travel to a scientific conference in November second week. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip because my visa never arrived.
I sent my application through USPS express mail and it was received by someone at the consulate (as tracked by USPS). I have not heard from them and they are not responding to urgent faxes or phone calls. At this point, I just want my documents back as I don't need the visa anymore. Is there any way to reach them to get status update on my application or request them to return my application ASAP?
Please help.
Thank you,
Vinai
