Contact CIC/IRCC About Travelling Out of Country

Hi, I've been trying to get a hold of CIC by phone the past 2 days, it has been telling me that CIC is busy and unable to transfer me to an agent.

Are there other ways to place a travel notice than calling the call centre? I'm heading south for a business trip in early July.

The best time to call is between 8am and 9am and you could get an agent .
