HELP ME BY REPLYING TO THIS

Hi Friends,

I have received an ITA on Nov 2nd and I started the process of gathering all the required documents. I came to Canada on study permit, completed my education and now I am on my work permit. I have worked with few consultancies on a contract basis (Roles and responsibilities fall under NOC B). All the consultancies are providing me a job letter with the responsibilities included except for one. This "A" (Don't want to take any names, so let me call it "A") consultancy is saying that they can provide a basic job letter which indicates my pay, hours (full time), role and period I worked there, but they cannot provide a letter which includes responsibilities also.
I prepared a draft letter to give them an idea but "A" consultancy says that they do not have such template. So they cannot go against their company rules and provide such letter.
I call them almost everyday and they still say the same thing. They don't understand how important is this to me.
What should I do now ? I am worried :'(

Read through this thread to find the alternatives that applicants have resorted to in the absence of a reference letter http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/nail-the-challenge-of-getting-reference-letter-from-current-employer-t397796.0.html

1 - Get whatever letter they are willing to give you.
2 - Get proof (e-mails) that you tried to get a letter according to CIC criteria
3 - Get a colleague or supervisor to write a letter regarding your duties and responsibilities.
4 - I believe some people notarize the letter above.
5 - Get other proof that you might come up with.
6 - Follow Stanlee's link

Cheers ;)

Thank you guys :)
