Construction Quality Control Technician-Skill Level

I work as a Quality Control Technician for a Construction company in Ontario. Majority of duties include Operate nuclear density guage to examine compaction on asphalt and granular materials, take asphalt/ granular samples as per ministry and city standards as well as dealing with Quality assurance and field paperwork. I am having hard time to find out the skill level and NOC number regarding the job title. I am positive it comes close to construction inspector but any information regarding this would be great. Thanks.
