Please note that a list of 42 constitutional question has been submitted to the Supreme Court of Canada within a motion in mid-March 2016.
Questions 7 through 36 are related to legal controversies about family class sponsorship, and unlawful refusals of visas due to alleged
"sponsorship debts." The previous sponsorship default of Zoltan Andrew Simon took place under the old Immigration Law in pre-IRPA times.
However the contraventions of the laws of Canada are happening all over the country, under the IRPA (Immigration and Refugee Protection Act"
as well. Thus, our material may apply for thousands of re-victimized sponsors. Please refer to the list of constitutional questions on of a tab of the website named
"Correcting world history" dotcom at tab 138796576 - it is recommended for Canadians that believe in a free democratic society and not a dictatorship.
If you are an immigration or lawyer or an expert on Canadian constitution and the Charter that webpage could be extremely helpful for you. That site
has another tab for "Canadian Immigration" as well.
