consequence of cutting down consultancy

Hi Guys.

I have applied though consultancy and I have already paid 70k to them. I think I wasted my money as I have done all the work.

Now they are asking 70k more as they handled Ontario PNP application. (there is nothing mentioned in contract) I am thinking to kick their ass. However, before I do I would like to understand, would there be any consequence in doing so.

• in CIC website they have mentioned their email address, would that be an issue if I change that and the security questions ?
• While doing submission for PNP they took the sign on the paper saying I am applying though some consultancy.

Please suggest me. is there any way they can create problem for my application. I don't want to do a legal fight as I am in india, getting into legal fight will take years.

Do you have access to your online account? If so, definitely change the password (thus preventing them from locking you out). If you don't, try to get this information from them.
