We did not submit any education and work-related documentation (e.g. diplomas, work stubs) of my husband's in the application. He has his diplomas and work stubs with him, even translated already, but we decided to wait for VO to ask for them. Would this greatly delay our application? I am now kicking myself...

1. Has anybody filed without these documents and, if so, what was outcome?

2. I would imagine they would request the high school and university diplomas only? Would elementary documentation be necessary too?

Thanks a bunch!

Hello,
I assume that your husband is the Primary Applicant and you are the Sponsor.
We have submitted our documents without the education documents, and if you are sponsoring him, you are agreeing to support your husband financially. Unless the checklist says that he must submit those documents then I would not worry about it. You likely will be fine.
Best of luck!

My wife (the applicant) didn't submit any of those documents either. She got her COPR in a timely fashion.

Thank you for your feedback... ;D
