consent of principal applicant ???

hello friends, I am filling out the form to order the notes on my sponsorship file and it says if I select "sponsorship file" then it requires the consent of the principal applicant and/or sponsor. I am the sponsor and I was wondering does this mean I have to get the principal applicants signature as well???

Its the applicant, the person you are sponsoring has to give you the consent to order notes on their behalf
