My girlfriend and i have been together for 2 and a half years. We met when i attended high school in Canada. I'm a British citizen and she is a Canadian citizen. I travel back and forth to Canada very often and its quite costly flying from the UK. Getting married for status is completely wrong and we don't wish to do that also we have a huge restriction in our relationship whereas we are from different religious backgrounds and have to approach matters with patience. Would we be able to apply for a conjugal visa?

No - you don't meet the requirements for a conjugal visa. Conjugal requires there to be immigration barriers preventing you from getting married or becoming common law. You face no such barriers being from the UK.

Your options are to either get married or to live together for a year to become common law before she will be able to sponsor you for PR.

Well Being A citizen of the UK only allows me to stay for 6 months and she cannot leave due to the fact that she lives with her family and her family is muslim and i am christian and its not allowed, does that still count?

No - again, you face no real immigration barrier.

You can very easily extend your stay in Canada to achieve a full year of living together.

Different religions are not an immigration barrier.

Again, entirely possible and quite easy for you to either get married or live together for a year to become common law. There are no grounds for a conjugal application.

A UK citizen will never qualify for conjugal. Don't waste your time and money.

What prevents you from visiting Canada for a couple of weeks, getting married during that time and her applying to sponsor you? How do you intend to live together if you get a conjugal visa? You could certainly live together as a married couple just as easily.
