Hello, I'm broken right now and just want to know my rights.
I have a common-law partner and we're Canadian citizens. I was blindsided and he sponsored his ex-wife in a conjugal sponsorship and she was granted a permanent visa and she already landed.

What are my rights now as his common-law in Canada? In CRA we're still common-law.

Your common law partner committed immigration fraud assuming you were still living together and in a common law relationship when he sponsored his ex-wife. From an immigration perspective, you should report this to CBSA.

I assume you have broken up and moved out after finding this out?

In terms of your rights as a common-law partner with respenct to any assets (joints or otherwise) or other similar matters, these aren't immigration issues. You need to hire a family lawyer.
