The have to be include on the application as non accompanying. Also if you intend to sponsor them in the future, they must be medically examined by the DMP
You need to include your Option C with the sponsorship and application.

Hi,

I also have a conjugal partner application in process. I constantly hear how difficult it is to get this type of application approved as immigration would "prefer" that you got married and applied as a spousal application.

I have a child and would not able to take her with me because of my divorce agreement. So she has not been able to meet him (except through the internet) I would not be prepared to leave her and it would not be in her best interest for me to leave her. And my partner is unable to get a vistor visa to Canada to come to meet her. We are unable to get married as we view this as detrimental to her well-being. May I ask what is keeping you from getting married andresincanada?

Have you had any feedback on your application?

So, am I reading your timeline right and you have already been approved?

Hi Allison,

No, our application has not been approved yet. Waiting on pins to hear.

Sorry, I guess ND is one of those places you have to send your passport before they are ready to issue a visa. Good luck!!!
