Hello to everyone,
I am Panos from Greece am 21 and have a kind of big problem. Before 2 years I met my soul mate he is 19 and also from Greece. The previous summer had to move to Canada in Toronto for study reasons. He has Canadian nationality from his parents he had never lived there until now. We tried to broke up at first because we both know its gonna be too difficult to handle but we could not accept it so we are far away from each other but we still be together for more than half a year. Things in Greece are too strange as you all know, the economy is bad we could not afford many of the increases and I have to help my family live. I’ve tried to keep some money but the amount I have collected isn’t high enough for starting a new life with my boy. We both are over mature and think things very seriously.
I don’t know how its gonna get possible for us to be together I’ve tried everything and everything falls down. We wanted to try him sponsoring me as a conjugal partner, we have many clues to ensure our relationship. We have a common bank account many pictures friends who can testify. In Greece as you know gay marriage and having a normal relationship is not for them ‘’normal’’ .
I want to ask in how many possible ways we can ask from Canada to give me the citizenship. And what we are doing right now trying to sponsoring me as a first family class member as a conjugal partner going to work. Plus , my boy in Canada don’t have yet a work but have a house to live with his uncle.
Please let me know anything is going to help us in the paperwork. And if anyone can help us individually for anything.
Thank You all very much.

Simple answer is you can NOT apply as conjugal, since there is no legal reason you two can't get married. You can try to apply conjugal, but 99.9% chance you will be refused.

The only 2 options you have to get PR, is to live together somewhere for 1 year and apply as common-law, or get married anywhere in the world that allows same-sex marriage and apply as married couple.

Going in Canada and get married is it easy ? Think that I am Greek.

Greece is a visa-exempt country, so you don't even need a special visa to visit Canada. It would be very easy for you to travel to Canada for up to 6 months and get married here.

Factors like family, money, job etc, do NOT count. If you can legally get married or live together somewhere in the world, you will NOT be approved for conjugal as you won't qualify.

I agree with everyone else. Get married or find a way to live together for a year.

Half a year isn't a conjugal relationship - it's dating.

Sorry , we are having a relationship for 2 years and I know him for 5 isn'r enough ?

Not for us to judge. The posts here are merely providing you with a 'reality' check.

Sure its a long enough relationship, but what i am saying is that you WILL NOT QUALIFY under conjugal class. There is no legal barrier preventing you 2 from getting married, so CIC will reject your application. Again... money, family, job, school etc is not considered an acceptable excuse by CIC to not get married or live together first.

As others have said, to qualify for conjugal, you must prove why it is not possible for you to get married or live together for a year. Given your boyfriend is Greek, there is nothing stopping you from living together for a year. I believe same sex marriage is legal in Spain (I think???). Any reason why you can't both travel there to get married? (Not having the money isn't an acceptable excuse.) Based on all of that - don't see how conjugal will work for you.

I don't believe Greek citizens need a visa to enter Canada as a visitor either. (It's not on the list of visa required countries.) That means you could enter Canada to get married. Unfortunately, saying you can't afford it isn't a barrier to CIC. You're best off to save money for a trip to Canada and get married here, then file as married.

Ok , I'll try that. I'll try to get there to get married if it's going to work. If I enter in the country now I could not be able to work ?

Not as a visitor. I would advise you to search "visiting Canada" on the forum and read some different topics about visiting, because it's not as easy as buying a ticket and showing up.

You can also look into working. It's not a dependable process, however, so don't plan on it. You can see if you qualify any of these organization:

Greek citizens are served by the Canadian embassy in Italy for visas. Here is their direct link with a lot of common Q&As about visiting and working in Canada.
