i want to apply for my girlfriend from last 5 years as conjugal partner. I m in Canada as PR and she is in her home country. Last time i met her is almost 1.2 years now. Her visitor visa got rejected in Aug 2019 and she didn't applied again after that. Can i apply under this category ? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks

In theory it sounds like possible in your case but it is not an easy process. If you give more info, possible you would get more useful feedback.

You haven't clarified on what basis conjugal (e.g. same sex or some other legal barrier).

Note: if eg possible for both of you to travel to a country where same-sex marriage is legal, that may be a considerably easier process.

Do you have immigration barriers preventing you from getting married?

Immigration barrier ,i dont think so. But we dont want to get married. thats why looking for other option for immigration. Secondly new restriction coming up in covid making very hard to travel.

In that case conjugal really isn't an option for you for sponsorship.

You either need to qualify as common law (which means you would first need to live together continuously for one full year) or get married.

You won't meet the requirements for conjugal. You face no barriers to getting married or becoming common law.
