Conjugal Partner Sponsorship in-progress, we got married b4 approval

I’m being sponsored in as a conjugal partner.

We got married.

12 days before our marriage we got asked for more info or we would be denied. We sent it in more info. If this even matters?

I assume I need to tell Canada that we got married but I don’t know where, could someone help me?

If you could get married, then the conjugal sponsorship is refused correctly.
I think apply for a new sponsorship as married spouse may be faster than appeal...etc.

What info did they ask for? On what basis did you apply for conjugal?

Yes, you can provide via webform. In some cases it SEEMS IRCC has basically let the existing app go forward b/c now married, but that's not a guarantee.

Think you need to review the IRCC’s definition of conjugal sponsorship.
