Is there anybody here who have successfully processed their application as conjugal partners or at least have known somebody?? i have been reading posts about this topic and it seems that we havent got a good testimony that we have gotten at least one successful conjugal partner application, just wondering.... good luck to all of us

Yes, there are success stories. One that I remember was a person on this forum called Mirasol who was from the Philippines - both her and her partner were married to other people and unable to divorce. She was granted her visa. You have to have a strong case, usually involving the fact that you cannot marry for whatever reason. Don't be discouraged like I was at the beginning - I wish I had sent our application in 3 years ago instead of waiting for a divorce that was impossible and never went through.

To be honest I don't think it should matter what sex we are. But we are opposite sex and unable to marry.

we are same sex f-f i consulted a immigration lawyer and hired her to doour papers so far we are just waiting her visa hopefully the send her letter to pass her passport etc medical is done
