It doesn't matter how many years you took to complete a course. What matters is what is the university/institutes stance on the course. Whether the course you did was defined as 1 year or 2 year.

my institute ie recognized with Australian qualification
few days back i sent my all academics to the humber college to check my further option for study .
they offers me post graduation diploma in hospitality and tourism management

if humber college accepted my study i think CHC will also accept

what do u think

If you want to go on a study visa, you are on wrong board. Try the student visa forum.
What I am trying to explain is that there is a duration of course in college guidelines, for eg a BA, BSc in India takes 3 years, MA, MSc takes 2 years and than there is a duration in which you complete your course, for eg someone drop out a year or have to repeat a year or semester.
In this scenario eventhough you have studies for 4 years your course is a 3 year one.

U need not worry about your education points if you have your job offer.
In fact for your NOC 6216 & 1221 you cannot apply unless and untill you have a job offer.
As you quoted earlier that you have a job offer this will be your break up
Education : 15 points(considering 13 years full time studies)
Ability in english and french: 16 points(considering you score maximum points in english)
Experience: 1 year 15, 2-17, 3-19, 4-21
Age: 10
Arranged Employment:10
Adaptability:5(for arranged employment)

So even if we consider only 15 points for education and only 1 years experience you will get 71 points.

But this is when you have a hrsdc approved job offer.
