Confusion with Document List for CEC

Hello All,

I have decided to file for my CEC application all by myself. From the Document Checklist:

Documents:

• Passport Copy
• Post Graduate Work Permit Copy
• IELTS Original
• Birth Certificate Copy
• Reference Letter Copy
• T4 Slips Copy
• NOA Copy
• PCC Copy

Forms:

• IMM0008
• IMM5669
• IMM5562
• IMM0008 - Schedule 8

These are the documents that are required when submitting the application. Did I miss something?

Now, I've seen several posts on Medical Examination & Royal Mounted Police Clearance. I guess I need to submit these when asked. Right? Is it preferable to get both these things done beforehand?

For PCC, I just need to get that PCC form (available on most state police websites) filled? Do I have to give some request document to them?

Hi. He's probably meant "Birth Certificate" which you've also missed.
