CONFUSION REGARDING WORK EX PROOF TO BE GIVEN FOR STUDENT VISA

Hello Seniors,

I hold Bachelors in Economics, a Post-Grad diploma in management (throughout second class), and nearly 2 years work experience as "Marketing cum Business development executive"in a small marketing, adverting & event management firm in India. Before completion of my post graduate diploma, I had no work experience and so this current job is my 1st job and I had started small in this company. My salary is paid in cash and hence no salary slips. I've talked to my employer, and he is willing to provide work experience certificate, letter of reference along with current appointment letter. Will it be enough to prove my work experience , while applying to study for 1 year post graduate diploma in International business in Canada? I've also two years gap after 12th standard and graduation which I spent while as a gap year and then being sick, getting well, traveling round India etc. I'm financially sound, have budget of 25-30k C$, from parents and reason to get back to India to join extended family business. Frankly,what are my chances to get a student visa for a 1 year post graduate diploma in international business (related to my field of management/business) in Manitoba or Ontario? Plz advice!!! ???

Hi,

1. Yes, it's enough. Much better if you attach self ITR/Form 16.

2. You need a work experience letter ONLY if you are applying under a 'General (Non University Category) also known as Generic Category, NOT under SPP or General (University category).
