Confusion regarding mailing and signatures on Spouse PR application Package

Hi,

I want to file Spouse PR application (Outside canada)
I need some information regarding sending the complete application package.
a. Can I send the application package online Or I need to send some documents online and some documents by post/mail.
b. on which application forms do the spouse need to physically signature or she can just sign by typing ?Would be appreciated if answered ASAP.

All application packages for spousal sponsorship must be mailed.
All forms that require a signature must have a written signature (including the schedule a, even though you sign by typing you must also sign written beside that)
