Confusion over status of the application

Hello friends ,

My status changed from Decision made to in Process.

I had informed the CIC about change in family composition . I have not received any notification from CIC but the status has changed . Please throw some light .

It's impossible for any of us to say. You will just have to wait for the decision. Your situation is very unique since you got married after receiving the PR visa, tried to land in Canada without informing the VO that you had gotten married, and were then refused landing. Again, impossible to say.

I agree it's impossible to say, but my guess is that after adding his new wife the VO is re-processing his application and may issue the visa to both. But that is just a guess and should not be relied upon.

To the best of my knowledge the OP hasn't actually submitted the forms to add his wife to the application. He just notified the VO that his family composition has changed. And this was after being refused landing. So CIC may allow the application to proceed or they may refused it based on his failure to inform the VO of the change in family composition ahead of landing. It's really impossible to say.

Why don't you go ahead and file a case-specific enquiry?

How do i do case specific enquiry . I am outside canada. I have already written to CIC but I have not recieved any reply .
