Confusion in Course Duration

I don't know, does the school allow it? Accelerated studies is tricky, you should look at the CIC website and check. If you study continuously without break it is possible

as i want to study only in Canada but not getting any courses related to civil engineering.. because i am graduated in India then ..there is only one University for that course what to do

That's your decision. Life isn't always a straight path, you make compromises sometimes
