Confusion in adding canada work experince in Express Entry

I have started my full time Job from Feb 24th, however I got graduated on March 29th and took 1 week break and joined work after receiving my PGWP. My offer letter says my employment start date as Feb 24th.

So in express entry while creating profile, what month should I mention, Feb or April ?

In the work history, can I put start date as April, and after receiving ITA can I update in details in personal history that i strayed working from feb?

Can you please advice

You should make two "Work History" form entries. One in which you answer "Yes" to "Studying full-time while doing this job?" (for the time you worked under the study permit), and another one where you answer "No" (for the time you've been on PGWP).

That does affect your score, so before ITA.
