Confusion : AINP + EE

Hi guys,

I am a littel confused how AINP and EE work together

So, this is what I thought:
Work for 6 months full time and apple for AINP. Then get ITA from AINP to apply EE. And apply for EE right away.

But, What I heard is I MUST have one year experience to apply EE even though I have high score??

And also, is it okay to move after applying for EE?
