Confusion about Visa Office

Hello everyone,

I got my SA back in early September, it did say to contact the visa office mentioned in the letter itself in case I need to send a web form, but there is no VO mentioned in that letter.
So I called IRCC this morning and talked to an agent, she said that there is no visa office mentioned but the application is now in CPC Ottawa (she said that is the primary office).

Does this mean the VO is Ottawa in this case? for information, I am the sponsor (Canadian PR), and my spouse the PA is a US citizen. We are applying Outland.

Thank you for the quick answer Armoured. The IRCC agent had me confused for a second since she was saying "there is no visa office, but your primary office is CPC Ottawa".

I presume that's just some internal terminology issue, that the CPC is not referred to as a visa office. No difference to you.
