confusion about ECA Result ,Help

So Senior Members , My confusion Is what to choose
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"
OR
Master Degree

Bcuz why is wes report in the summary, they have mentioned only Master degree. Is there Any Prob ?

Can I select Option " Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"

or Not ?
