MY NOC CODE IS 3212 MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN,
MY POST GRADUATE PERMIT EXPIRE MARCH 31,2015. I START WORKING JUNE 30TH

DO I NEED A LMO IF THE COMPANY GIVE ME NEW CONTRACT THAT PASSES MARCH 30 2015 IF WISH TO EXTEND MY PERMIT? IF SO HOW CAN MY EMPLOYER DO THIS ?
I KNOW IT COST 1000$ DOES THE EMPLOYER PAY FOR THIS FEE OR I DO?

I KNOW SOME PROFESSIONALS ARE EXEMPTED I READ IT ONLINE BUT IT IS A BIT CONFUSING WEN THEY SAY IF YOU FALL IN THE INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY PROGRAM : This program allows employers to hire or bring in foreign workers without the need of a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). Exemptions from the LMIA process are available where there are reciprocal benefits for Canadians and other competitive advantages for Canada.

Examples of individuals who come to Canada under an LMIA-exempt program include: international students who have graduated from a Canadian school . SINCE I GRADAUTED FROM A CANADAIN SCHOOL DO STILL NEED A LMO?

THANK YOU.

I believe you need a LMO. The rules are changed, 6 months ago I was dealing with the same issue but under different rules.
And yes your employer has to pay for it, cause they are the one in need of you.

Read this if you are a higher skilled: http://www.esdc.gc.ca/eng/jobs/foreign_workers/higher_skilled/general/index.shtml

If my employer doesnt wish to pay for thhis, is there another program i can apply for or go back to schol???

You can always look into PNP programmes, depending on your province. But then again your employer has to take some steps.
Also bare in mind that PGWP is issued only once, so if you get back to school and do another round of studies you would not be able to get another post graduate work permit after you're done with your studies.

Regarding to your LMO if your employer is willing to help you out, you can always come along with them and sort something out.

Best is to talk to a professional about this and see what they have to say. Keep your chin up and work for it. It will eventually get sorted.
