Hi guys, i am hell confused with regards to my PR application... i got ITA on 15th November.. and while updating the PR form i realized i have done some mistakes.. Please help me

1) i am the main applicant. And my husband will be dependent. In my EE i mentioned his educational history but for ECA said no and continued since i got points solely on my profile. For PR application it still asks for educational certificates.. can i just attach my husband's degrees and move on?

2) I added my husband's work history in my EE and for NOC i selected 0601, which i shouldn't have added in the first place, but since i added can i just submit the letter from his company confirming his job role, title and pay?

3) i selected relatives as yes in my EE.. now why i selected yes was i have my mother's step uncle's and aunt's children in Ontario.. can i remove that in my PR application and state I don't have relatives since i belive it will be too complicated to explain this long off relationship. What explanation can be given for this change?

I feel i have messed up in the start itself. Should i continue with this PR application or what other alternative i have?

1. if there is anything that is doubtful or abnormal in any way, follow up with letter of explanation (LOE).

2. If you make changes to your EE profile and it results in lower points then you will be rejected. so better to decline ITA and fix your EE profile and then wait for a new ITA, then to hope for immigration officer not noticing it.

3. Do NOT conceal anything, misrepresent or present any alternative facts just because you feel like it. The immigration officers are trained to catch minor things and inconsistencies and it will eventually result in refusal of your application and/or being banned for 5 years because you misrepresented facts.

4. Anything that gives you extra points in the EE has to be submitted in the PR application. eg if you claim points for spouse education then you have to give ECA (otherwise your application will be INCOMPLETE). if you dont claim any points then you can simply attached his educational certificates.

5. why did you enter NOC if it wasnt supposed to be entered in the first place? Are you going to change the NOC or are you not going to enter his occupational details at all. this will lead to a gap in his personal history and you will have to explain what he was doing at this time. Its better to be honest and if there are no documents to prove anything, just provide an LOE stating that you dont have any evidence for this.

Relatives are clearly defined. If you are claiming points for them then you have to enter full details (no matter how complicated it is).

As I see it, dont proceed with the PR application, you will be refused due to either incomplete documents or be subject to extra testing. Just fix your EE profile and be honest about everything. Its just easier to present the facts and provide LOE.

Haven't claimed any points from spouse education and work and nothing from relatives as well... my score is completely based on my profile only.. i still need to decline?

1- Remove such details and add them only in the personal history section.

2 - Assuming it is all foreign work experience you can also remove it from work history and add only in the personal history section.

3 - Remove and explain your mistake in a LOE as those relatives do not help your CRS/eligibility.
