Thanks kaytea

I forgot to mention that my leave from work for 5 weeks in total. including 1 week in England (4 weeks back home + 1 week in England).

I did get my vacation pay with each pay slip but not for the days I didn't work.....

Is it still counts?? and okay?

The answers are above - if you don't wanna hear them, apply and have your application rejected. If you use paid vacation time this counts. However, any unpaid leave does not count. So, if you have worked FT for 11 months and took 1 month unpaid leave - you need to work another month before you can apply. It's very simple.

The application, as others have stated, is not based on total hours per year. You need to work for at least 12 months, at least 30 hours per week (extra hours per week don't count towards total).

jsm0085 my situation is little bit different, during my study i was working part time but during summer break i worked full time with the same company and wasn't belong to any NOC 0 A B . Then after i done my study , same company offered me a supervisor position. now so my main question is about my work experience in Canada, what should i write down from which date to present? i started working in May 13 as a supervisor and my graduation and work permit came in June 26 . so i am really confused about my start date of experience. Should i write down june 26 ?
because i dont want to give them a chance to make a lame excuse.

Thanks

You write down your actual start date on the forms & letter of employment. But when you calculate the length of your qualifying experience, use the date of your PGWP as the start date. And remember, 1 year (52 weeks) is the MINIMUM. You'd be wise to work a little longer and give yourself a cushion...
