My wife and I are already in Canada with a maintained status open-work permit, and study permit. We left our son (minor) in our home country when we first arrived in Canada, but now we are planning to get him soon to Canada as a visitor visa. I'm on open work permit and I'm planning to get a TRV so I can go back home without her, and then return to Canada with our kid. On the form IMM5713E, on section A #3, (this is my own IRCC account), I only need to include my son's name? Who should sign the signature on Section B? Am I right that I don't need to include my wife's name anywhere on this form?
