confused regrading my NOC

Hi ,
i want to apply in the FSWP , but i'm little confused about my NOC , actually my current jobs contains 60% from duties in NOC 0213 www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0213 , and 40 % from NOC 2174 www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/quicksearch.aspx?val65=2174 , and my official title in the company resides in the NOC 2174 , and i dont meet the "employment requirements " in Noc 2174 , but i meet in NOC 0213 , what shall i do ?

NOC 2174 is full for this year, unless you are going for "arranged employment". NOC 0213 isn't even in the list for this year, so again "arranged employment" is your only option.

Don't want to burst your bubble, but there may well not be any May 2014 FSW intake.
They are moving to EOI in January 2015 instead and it's unlikely that they will want to still be dealing with new 2014 applications under the existing scheme.

I know about the EOI will be introduced in January 2015 but I have no idea about there will be no noc list in May 2014. Are you sure from this?

No, but all things being equal, it seems likely. CIC are trying to reduce all their backlogs and you can see how they are doing this all over the place.... Only time will tell, but it might be worth considering alternative plans, just in case.
