Confused regarding NOC!!!

Hi there,

i have allready applied for express entry through a agent WWICS.
my CRS score is 348. I have applied Under PNP Program for PEI.
my qualification is Bech mechanical Engineering with 4 years of exp in DUBAI. which i can show to the autorities.
my doubt is which is best noc for me ??
I have undergo NOC 2132 where it states 'Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).'
Do i need a license from canadian province for even applying under this NOC????

Hi Ashish,

Could you let me know which PNP stream you have applied to? From what I am seeing on the PEI PNP website, skilled workers inside and outside Canada as well as international graduates must have a full-time job offer to apply. Do you have a job offer from a Canadian employer?
