Confused regarding eligibility for PGWP

Hi guys,

I am a student at University of Alberta in a 4 year undergraduate degree. During my 2nd year I dropped all my 5 courses due to health issues just before exams of the Fall 2019 semester on the withdrawal date(Nov 28)
I then continued my studies in the Winter 2020 session in January 2020.
The courses appear in my transcript with the grade W.
Did withdrawing make me ineligible for PGWP?

Yes, but officer is allowed to take individual circumstances under consideration so explain your reason & include evidence and hope for the best.
