Confused PR or Sponsor?

I'm always thinking about this, i don't know if I'm going to apply Permanent Residence direct or Sponsor Family Class to my family.

Some says I'm going to spend double with that, especially in the medical.

Is there's anyone happen the same what I'm thinking?

You have to clarify your question more.....

If you are asking whether it is quicker to come to Canada through Skilled Worker Category OR through someone sponsoring you (your spouse), it all depends. How can someone in this forum say for sure if you are qualified under the Skilled Worker category? If you get married to a Canadian Citizen or PR, then the situation depends more on your Sponsor.
