Confused FSW - Extension - to CEC

I need advice

I applied for PR under FSW however I missed out my education certificate like an idiot so that got sent back and until i receive the certificate that it cannot be processed under FSW

I also got my work to apply for a LMO whilst I done my extension application so I could still work. My LMO may be rejected due to the new rules of re-advertising etc however my work is looking into it,

So i have been chasing my education certificate and ICAS have stated 6-8 weeks which I do not have time to wait,

After more research and options I came across the CEC and wondering if I can apply as I do not require an education cert all the other documents I have

I have:
Marketing Degree
Been in the country for a year and my job 10 months

Please help! as i would like to send this application tomorrow.

You'll need 12 months of work experience for CEC. Sorry but 10 months is not enough.

Sorry i apologise it is actually 11months but would it not be 12 by the time they start processing as there are delays?

You have to have 12 months on the date you sign the application, otherwise it would be refused.

I'm not sure if FSW requires language test but if I remember correctly you also have to submit your language test results with your application
