confused for "Living together" question

for checklist imm5533 proof of relationship section.

I've been married for 11 years. 2 kids.10y and 5y. Living together. Listed them all as non accompanying in EE. and applied alone.

now when in Canada. My family back home. So they mean are we living together at this exact moment or they are referring to our general situation before ?
What evidence should i provide accordingly ? TIA

Every question in current sponsorship app, will be for your current situation only. So if they are in your home country still, you are not living with them.

Note they will need to do 2nd medical exams, since ones they did with your own PR app are valid for 1 yr only.

well I'll prove we've been living together. Photos.texts as possible. Marriage certificate and children birth certificate.

With an 11 year marriage and 2 kids together, and as long as spouse and 2 kids were properly declared and did medical exams in your own PR app, you should not have any problems proving your relationship. Marriage certificate, some photos, proof of communication while long distance from each other, a few shared accounts... and you should be good.

Note that as a PR, you must stay living in Canada to submit the sponsorship app and while it's processing. Only short/temporary vacations outside Canada would be allowed during this time.

I want to know why you added your family members as non accompanying at first so that you didn't have to sponsor them later?
