Hi Everyone,
Like a lot of you I was invited to apply via CEC this month. However, I am a little confused by the work history section, there is a part that asks for a valid job offer. I have been working in Canada for the last 18 months now, I received my job offer back in august 2019 so in the section titled "Intended Work in Canada" do I mention this job offer letter that I received back in 2019? I only want to claim points for this job, or would only the employer reference letter suffice since that is the only job I mentioned in my work history?

Based on this link Offer of employment – Skilled immigrants (Express Entry) - Canada.ca I don't think so I need to submit the offer letter. P.S. I did not receive or apply for a LMIA as my work permit is an open PGWP. Thank you for all the responses :)

You should answer no. If you’re on an open work permit, you need an LMIA to claim 50 points for job offer under Express Entry. You don’t need those points anyway.
