Confused about the assessment test & NOC's Employment requirements

The assessment test indicated 67 as the passing mark. seems achievable with around 2 years' of working experience.

however when i checked the NOC's Employment requirements, they mentioned "several" years of experience with certification.

are the Employment requirements compulsary?

the employment requirements are not there to be considered in case of immigration. they are there only to tell you that these are the requirements if you want to get a job in canada in this specific NOC.
