confused about strong family ties in home country

Hello everyone!

I'm a nanny here in Macau, china for almost 1yr and I'm planning to apply as LIC.
But I'm worried because I don't have concrete ties in my home country Philippines.
I'm single, have 1 sibling who has been married already and a widowed mother..I don't have any properties. Although I worked in an enterprises for more than 3yrs prior to my job now but its not a well stablished company.
Is there any chance for me to get work permit if ever I would apply?

the chances are less , but if you can get a permanent offer you can apply for a PR

Anymore suggestion or ideas please what I ought to do inorder to convince the visa oFficer so that they won't deny my application...is it really necessary for LIC applicant to show strong ties in home country? As far as I know caregivers can apply Pr aftr completing # of hrs requiired..but I also read some of the thread here about refusal, one reason was strong ties in home country. I'm really confused.
Please help to enlighten me. Still hopeful!
Any ideas is greatly appreciated!
