Confused about re-medical form

Hi ..


I need your help please ... I have sponsored my husband on Sept 2011 i live in canada and he's in pakistan. My husband has received a re-medical letter his medical is expiring on aug 2nd 2012 and they also wrote in letter that If We returned your passport for you to undergo medical examination , you must return the passport to the visa office without any delay.


Now my question is ... does this apply to my husband too? they did not have his passport but does he has to send it to visa office??

No, they don't require his passport yet.
