confused about choosing education

does a two year diploma and 1 year certificate and a letter from the college saying that i have completed three years (6 semester program) both being inter related to make a bachelors.
what should i select a two year program at university, college or technical school OR three year bachelor degree?

You convert your qualifications (ECA) with a company like WES and they tell you the Canadian equivalent. You cannot select something until you have converted it.

Unless you studied in Canada that is, OP didn't specify 8)

But neither of those add up to a bachelor's. Either you did a degree at a university or you didn't. I have built brick walls in my life, that doesn't equal a house.
